We at Salon Azure are continuously working to enhance experience of our guests. Our goal is for all our guests to receive a world class service. This is a lofty goal and we would greatly benefit from your participation and accurate feedback. With this in mind we have developed a Secret Shopper program. This program works as follows:
1. We will collect a survey from you describing your preferences and lifestyle. It is important that you are sincere in answering the survey questions. We will select candidates from diverse backgrounds and life experience. We will select new as well as existing customers, women and men of various age groups and other characteristics.
2. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation and an invitation to be a secret shopper to receive particular salon or spa services. This confirmation must remain secret and you must not share it with any employees of the salon at any time before or after the service. You will also receive a post service survey. It is not necessary to use email to participate. If you choose not to use email you will receive confirmation and instructions through regular mail.
3. You will need to schedule and receive authorized services within a specific time period (usually window of several weeks). At the time of the service you will be required to pay as a regular guest without alerting anyone to your status as a secret shopper. If you reveal your Secret Shopper status we may choose not to reimburse you for the services you receive.
4. When you receive the service you will need to complete the post service survey and forward it to us according with our instructions. We will absolutely not share your survey with salon staff or any third parties.
5. When we receive your complete post service survey, we will send you a check for the actual amount you have paid for authorized services excluding tips.
6. We may send you Secret Shopper invitations for other visits and services in the future.
